After having had this for a while now to get used to it and try out the sports and health side of it I would highly recommend.

It’s been really good to see my sleep analysis and even more so my heart rate as this always seems a bit high before I got the phone but its always when I'm stressed or busy or dealing with my kids before bedtime. This gives me a run down by time of day whether home, work, or sleep so has been more reassuring as covers the whole day and shows peaks.

I will sum up by saying that I am extremely pleased that I chose to pur phase this watch as it offers all the functions I require at a very good price whilst also offering a very good standard of quality and functionality. Must buy
